Oh jeez, how do I work this thing? Hello all. In case you haven't figured it out, this is in fact not Brian writing this, but his "partner in crime," the man of many names, 96% of which are wrong. But I digress. Today marked the start of our pre-season kick-off. Information about what we're doing and then some can be found in this presentation on Google Drive from Daelin: http://goo.gl/yoPRTi During lunch, we all split up into two teams: Team Crimpinators and Team Brian Dang. Stellar names, I know. The two teams will be responsible for building different things during the pre-season, with more details in that link up above, which I recommend you look at because half the time I just assumed we were working with paper clips and meatballs. We're not. After school, the club decided to get to know each other on a more intimate level via name games, which involved a lot of circles and running. An unfortunate accident happened during said name games, which led us to change gears towards our safety captain's safety demonstration and safety test. One group did that while the other worked in the autoshop, being taught by Brandon and Ian about the many different tools that we'll find ourselves working with (especially allen keys. Those things are your best friend and my only friend). The journey's just begun, so let's keep at it, people! ONWARD! Also, safety video in case anybody didn't see it or wishes to review:
